- BFP makes no safety guarantees
- Customer responsible for proper installation and compatibility testing
- Customer responsible for regulatory compliance
5. Compatibility Disclaimer
- Customer must verify with original manufacturer specs
6. Restrictive Returns
- 7-day window, original condition only
- 50% restocking fee
- No refunds for damage, misuse, or incompatibility
